Reports

Requirements

All match officials (the referee and both assistant referees) must submit a report for any incidents or send-offs. Reports are to be submitted on the day of the match via Dribl (if Dribl is unavailable, please use the relevant online form). The centre referee is to also send a text to the NRG mobile advising of the send-off or significant incident (e.g., serious injury, abandonment of a match, abuse by spectator, etc). If a match official did not see or hear the incident, they must still submit a report advising this.

No report is required if the send-off is for a second caution in the same match. However, if the player’s conduct after being shown the second yellow card and then the red card is unacceptable (e.g., offensive, abusive or insulting language, physical altercation with another player, etc), an incident report regarding that conduct must be submitted.
